The varieties of honey listed above are derived by collecting different nectars from different flowers. By locating our bees in the areas that these flowers are blooming, we are able to differentiate between the varieties. These are not flavours of honey and they do not have the taste of the fruit that is derived from that flower. Variety supply changes depending on the crop size and time of year.
